Free Mitten Sewing Class

Gather 'round, kind souls! Join for this free class and help us sew warm mittens from upcycled wool sweaters and polar fleece, which will be distributed to those in need within our community.

Patricia from Birch Haven Design will lend her expertise, provide patterns, materials, and sewing machines, and teach all volunteers how to sew these warm mittens.

You will depart with a heart full of joy, knowing you’ve made a difference while acquiring new skills and copies of her cherished patterns to create heartfelt holiday gifts for family and friends!

We will furnish all necessary materials, supplies, and sewing machines, but if you possess a wool sweater you're willing to part with, please bring it along!
