Join me on October 14th for one, two or all three mini yoga sessions! Each session is 25 minutes long. • Beginner's Yoga 9:00-9:25am
• Slow Flow Yoga 9:30-9:55am
• Guided Meditation 10:00-10:25am
This event will offer a great introduction for those curious about or new to yoga and the perfect way to reintroduce yoga for those coming back to their practice. If you're a seasoned yogi, challenge yourself to all three sessions! All levels are welcome.
We have a limited supply of mats, blocks, and straps so if you have your own please bring them. No reservation necessary, but it's always helpful to know how many are coming beforehand!
