FREE MINDFULNESS COURSES - 8 weeks of learning techniques to help you improve the quality of your life.We have further classes in Mindfulness both at Helsby Community Centre and at Castle Park, Art Centre, Frodsham, throughout the year.

The classes are sponsored by Cheshire West and Chester Council, and Mersey Forest. Yes the classes are free of charge. If its something that you would be interested in, give Bob a call who will be happy to answer any questions you may have or to book your place.
