Take a moment to breathe, reset, and reconnect — all in just 30 minutes. Mindful Monday is a free weekly lunch-break series designed to help nearby professionals step away from the rush and return to their day feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Each week offers a new experience, ranging from gentle yoga and guided meditation to sound healing, breathwork, and fusion sessions. These practices are beginner-friendly, soothing, and created to reduce stress while supporting your overall well-being.

There’s no need to change clothes or break a sweat — office attire is perfect, and mats are provided. Just come as you are, take a mindful pause, and enjoy a moment of peace in the middle of your workday.
