Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based early intervention, skills training. It teaches YOU how to identify, understand and respond to someone demonstrating signs of a mental health and substance use challenge.
What you will learn:

Risk factors and warning signs of common mental health challenges

Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges

How to interact with a person in crisis

How to connect a person with help

Participants will receive a 3-year certification.

CEUs are available
