Kick off the New Year by moving your body and working toward your 2025 fitness goals! Join us for a FREE Mat Pilates class at The Shops at Wiregrass – Center Court. This all-levels class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize you while setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

The class will be led by our Lead Instructor, Marlana, and is perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike. Bring your mat, invite a friend, and enjoy a fun, motivating morning of movement in a beautiful open space.
