Free Mat Pilates at Jade Health

BODYBAR and Jade Health are excited to offer a pop-up mat Pilates class! Come and get a head-to-toe workout in just 50 minutes! This class will prep you for a Pilates reformer class and get the most out of your legs, arms, and abs with energizing variations of lunges, planks, pikes, crunches, and more.

This class is complimentary and starts at 9am, so please arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in and don’t forget to bring a mat, water, and an optional set of hand weights. At the end of class, Bodybar will be offering some amazing presell offers and Jade Health will be offering discounted IV infusions!
