FREE Martial Arts Session

We are excited to be delivering our free martial arts and fitness sessions for the winter HAF programme. During these sessions your child/young adult will learn different disiplines of martials along with a mini fitness session. Our aim is to keep them fit and active during the school holidays.

Please use the links below to book a day and time to secure your child/young adults place. There will be a free packed lunch provided.
