Management of Aggressive Behavior Class Being Presented By The h3 Project and is Sponsored By ANC6C.

Aggressive or confrontational situations can escalate quickly. This classroom-based course teaches practical techniques for recognizing warning signs early and using effective verbal strategies to de-escalate tense encounters before they become violent.

Participants will learn how to identify escalating behavior, communicate effectively with agitated individuals, and maintain personal safety while managing difficult interactions. The course focuses on awareness, communication, and prevention strategies that can help reduce the likelihood of physical confrontation.

This training is designed to provide practical knowledge and confidence for anyone who regularly interacts with the public.
