Calling all mamas (and their minis)! Join us for a gentle, fun, and welcoming Mama + Mini Pilates class designed for caregivers and little ones to move together, connect, and enjoy some midweek self-care.

This FREE class is perfect for all levels—no prior Pilates experience needed. Your mini is welcome to sit, stretch, wiggle, or play alongside you as you move through a feel-good Pilates flow.
