Join us for a special Free Community Mala Meditation Meetup on Sunday, April 13th, from 5:00-5:45/6:00 PM.Hosted by Samela St. Pierre, this gathering will be a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and meditate together.

History of Mala Bead Necklaces: Discover the origins and significance of mala beads in meditation.
How to Meditate with Mala Beads: Learn the techniques and benefits of using mala beads in your practice.
Importance of Affirmations and Repetition: Understand how affirmations and repetition can enhance your meditation.
Group Meditation: Participate in a collective meditation session .
Bring your own mala bead necklace or bracelet, or borrow one from Samela and Ebonique.
Tea and light refreshments will be served.
