Every month we celebrate Shivaratri, the night of Shiva, the night before new moon. Shiva refers to the masculine, conscious principle, and this night is auspicious for meditation and contemplation. Once a year we celebrate Maha Shivaratri, the Great Night of Shiva.
This year Maha Shivaratri falls on 8th March, which is also International Women’s Day, dedicated to celebrating and adoring the feminine manifested in women around us, and make an extra effort to make the amazing women in our lives feel loved and cherished.
On this special evening of Maha Shivaratri and Women’s day, you are invited to join in adoring both the masculine and the feminine, from 8 – 9pm, and to celebrate their endless game of overwhelming love, and the ecstatic union of consciousness, the masculine, with energy, the feminine.
We will join in heartful preparation and an experience of the enjoyment of the beauty of this eternal love story through special moments of adoration towards both the masculine and feminine that are manifested in the men and women present.
We kindly ask all those who wish to be part of this special addition on Women’s Day and Maha Shivaratri, to arrive on time.
The usual meditation in a spiral formation with music will be followed by silent meditation as usual. For this part of the programme please arrive no later than 9.15pm.
