During the Grape Festival on Saturday, October 18 from 9am to 4pm, here at the Yadkin County Public Library in Yadkinville, we will be doing our fundraiser book sale during the same time period. However, we will have magazines out for free! Bring a box, a crate, a bag, etc. and fill it up! There are Our State magazines, National Geographic, Time, Newsweek, other home/garden ones, and lots of old magazines from the 1960s-1990s. There are several hundred magazines we will have stacked out in boxes on the sidewalk; first-come, first-serve.
Teachers - need them for a social studies reading assignment? Grab some of the old magazines!
Teachers - need to have some for cutting out for a project or for an image scavenger hunt? Come on by!
Need to refresh your reading stack at a nursing home or for any homebound relatives? Come on by!
Know of someone who loves to read magazines? Let them know!
