During this 90-minute hands-on course, you’ll learn simple techniques you can use to support healthy lymphatic flow, including:
• Guided, hands-on lymphatic drainage techniques
• Dry Brushing education
• Tips and techniques you can continue using at home
• Education on the lymphatic system and its role in overall wellness
