Free Lunch & Learn: Understanding Depression

Feeling sad or low from time to time is a normal part of life—but when do those feelings become something more serious? Depression can affect anyone, at any age, and recognizing the signs early is key to getting the right help.

In this lunch and learn, we will explore the difference between occasional sadness and clinical depression, and how to support yourself or others who may be struggling.
