FREE Little Wheels, Big Skills – Scooters on Ramps! Onehunga Skate Park Oct/Nov 2026
Confident scootering around home but new to the skatepark? This free session is for riders ready to take that next step!
Join East Skate Club at Onehunga Skate Park to learn how to navigate a skatepark, tackle beginner features, and try your first tricks. No skatepark or trick experience needed, just the ability to push, steer and stop your scooter.
🛴 Free Walk-In Session
No registration required, just turn up when you can! Our coaches will be there for the full 2 hours, so come along at any time that suits you.
Skatepark etiquette is part of the fun. We’ll cover taking turns, checking your path, and giving other riders space, so you can feel more comfortable riding alongside others.
With friendly guidance and plenty of encouragement, riders can build skills and confidence at their own pace, with as many goes as they like!
👦 Little Riders welcome!
This session is designed for little riders who haven’t tried the skatepark before. We’ll do our best to group kids by ability and confidence so everyone feels comfortable. Whānau are welcome to stay and cheer them on!
💛 Accessible & Inclusive
Everyone is welcome! If you have any mobility or neurodiverse requirements and would like to chat about how we can make the session work for you, please get in touch with East Skate Club before the day.
