•connectiontoself2 on insta, I have been running community events since 2019 To help support mental health within the L.G.B.T.Q community.
I have been a fully qualified , holistic therapist since 2004. and would love for you to come join us at the core for 2 sessions of sound and meditation.
Sound therapy offers a range of benefits including stress reduction, improved mood, and pain relief. It can promote relaxation, enhance mental clarity, and potentially aid in physical healing by influencing the body's energy and nervous system.
The first session will be at 12 until 12.40
Followed by an afternoon session 1.30 untill 2.10.
Spaces are limited.We will be meeting in the core cafe.Just inside the library please arrive 15 min befor each session.
