Boot Camp is an interval training class that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio, and strength training. Improve your muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness while also learning new ways to challenge your body.
In this class we use a variety of fitness tools. For example: weights, kettle bells, resistance loops, BOSUs, resistance bands, and more.
