The Renters’ Rights Act is bringing some of the biggest changes landlords have seen in years. There’s been plenty of noise, plenty of headlines, and, to be fair, plenty of confusion.

So we’re bringing together local property, legal and tax experts for a practical evening at Castle Green Hotel in Kendal.

No jargon. No doom. No sitting through an hour of legal theory wondering what any of it actually means for your property.

Just clear, useful guidance for local landlords who want to understand where they stand, what they may need to do next, and how the rental market is changing across the Lakes and surrounding areas.

During the evening, we’ll talk through:
