Come down to Body Mind Systems Martial Arts Center at 263 Main St in Stoneham for a FREE lesson on the first Tuesday of every month. No advanced sign-up or commitments required!

Class times are:

Ages 5-9: 4:30pm - 5:15pm
Ages 10-14: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
