Have you wanted to try kickboxing? Our monthly community class is an opportunity for non-members to check out a class.Get ready to unleash your inner strength and wrap up the week with a bang! We're hosting a FREE kickboxing class on the second Saturday of each month. It's the perfect opportunity for women in the Saco community to experience our empowering workouts, regardless of age or fitness level. 🔥💪🏻🥊
In addition to class, you'll get a chance to check out our facility and meet our supportive KUMA community. You'll see first-hand how we're redefining fitness for women, focusing on building strength and confidence over aesthetics.
