Join us for a free meditation in Baker Park Frederick. We’ll start with a guided meditation, followed by journaling. We’ll save some time at the end for open discussion for anything that may have come up during the meditation session. We gather right between the bell tower and band shell. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, or anything you’d like to use during your meditation.
If the weather does not hold out for us, we will postpone for a future date. All details will be shared on FB and IG.
