Note those under the age of 18 should sign up initally for 10:30am class for an assessment if they can participate in the adults and Advance Students recommended ages 13+. Note the 10:30am am class is a combined hybrid with the Judo Adapative Program. Target starting Age is 6 and up.

The 11:30am class is targetted for Beginner Adults and Advance kids (Assessment by Sensi for Middle & High School Aged Kids).
