Who We Are
Meditate Singapore (www.meditate.sg) is a group of over 500 people in Singapore. About 30 to 40 people meet face-to-face every fortnight at a place near Somerset MRT (normally) to do group meditations (using Dr. Joe Dispenza's guided meditations).

We are a community of people from different spiritual and religious traditions and modalities whose goal is to bring our loving energies together to meditate together and encourage each other. Meditating as a group is very different from meditating alone- as we experience the energy brought by other people.

Join us for a morning of group meditation on Sun, 24th Nov, 2024 at 9:00 AM near Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Let's come together to meditate and connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting. This event is a great opportunity to learn from each other and experience the benefits of group meditation. You'll get to know people who are interested in not just Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings and meditations - but who also have had experiences in other forms and traditions of meditation and spirituality.

Other Events
