Free January CEU Introduction to Soul Based Parts Work

Have you ever said, “one part of me feels this way and another part of me feels this way?” It’s common to feel like we are being pulled in different directions in our internal world, so much so that it seems like there are different people or “parts” inside ourselves. Our parts contain wisdom, deep creativity, and often wounds that are asking for our attention. We will experience specific techniques to help your clients identify and build relationship with different parts of themselves. You will be invited to participate in creative activities inspired by psychodrama, somatic, processing, and expressive arts therapies. Join me in uncovering the deep wisdom of your parts.
