Ki-Aikido offers more than self-defense training; it’s a path toward greater inner confidence calm and mental clarity. Each class offers a blend of physical challenge and personal growth where you learn practical self-defense techniques while building overall coordination balance and flexibility along with internal skills that apply in daily living.
You’re never alone on this journey. Experienced instructors guide you and fellow students become part of your support network celebrating each other’s progress big or small. Every lesson brings something new keeping things fresh and exciting. Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your skills to the next level the atmosphere is always welcoming and encouraging. By joining you’ll gain a new sense of purpose and leave each class feeling empowered.
Classes meet Mondays from 7:15 to 8:30 pm and Wednesdays from 6 to 7:15 pm. Join us on September 8th to discover if this is the practice you've being look for!
