Our free two-hour introductory workshop teaches the basics of the rowing stroke in our indoor tanks and introduces you to the erg (rowing machine). Wear comfortable, close-fitting workout clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Learn about our upcoming summer programs for novice adults and juniors aged 12+
