Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE "Girl Power" Cross-Training workout at our Sparks studio on International Women's Day!
Bring friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!
Join us at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. #102)! The studio is located in the back of the Vineyards Professional complex on Sparks Boulevard.
