I'll be back at Rye Bakery Cafe to answer all your baby and toddler sleep questions absolutely FREE
No need to book, just turn up between 10-12, grab a coffee and I'll come to you!
Ask me anything about routines, naps, bedtimes, what's normal, what to expect, how to get more sleep or what to do if you're ready to stop feeding to sleep
No question too big, small or silly!
There's plenty of space for prams and a play area for little ones, and you're always welcome to feed, rock or jiggle your little one as much as you need to!
