Step into Wellness with Our Free Indoor Walking Group!Looking for an easy, low-impact way to get some exercise and meet new people? Come to the Community Free Clinic every Wednesday evening.
When: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Where: Community Free Clinic Cabarrus
Details: We have two walking segments:
The first mile starts at 5:30 p.m.
The second segment starts at 6:00 p.m.
Join us for one or both! If you're running late, simply catch the 6:00 p.m. session.
Who: This group is open to everyone in the community. It's a great chance to chat with clinic staff and neighbors.
