What questions can't/shouldn't a company legally ask you during a job interview? How do you respond to these questions, if they do?

Dick Pagano, a retired attorney who practiced law for more than 45 years as an in-house counsel for various Chicago area corporations, will provide information about what interview questions are and aren't legally appropriate.

He will discuss what interview questions a company can legally to ask, as well as those that a company cannot legally ask, as well as strategies to answer these questions. Dick Pagano has experience in the telecommunications, transportation and education sectors, including serving as General Counsel of two public companies. His extensive knowledge about the inner workings of corporations enables him to help job seekers navigate their corporate job search.
