I am a huge advocate for birth rights and birth choices and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to help you navigate the maternity system, empower you with knowledge of all things birth and create the positive mindset that plays a vital part in your labour. Educating and preparing yourself for birth has NEVER been more important.
