Athletes go through a 54 minute workout led by the D1 Training Prosper coaches. There are separate classes for younger and older athletes, so everyone trains with kids their own age. Siblings in different grade groups attend their own class.
It is also a chance for parents to see the facility and meet other homeschool families in the area.

Monday, November 16, 2026. 3rd through 6th grade from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 7th through 12th grade from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Who can attend
Homeschool athletes in 3rd through 12th grade. All experience levels are welcome.
What to bring
A t-shirt or athletic shirt, tennis shoes that lace up, and a water bottle. Every athlete also needs to complete the D1 Training Prosper waiver and registration before arriving.
This event is free and sponsored by Texas Sports Academy, an online school built for student athletes, but you must RSVP to attend.
