Join HomeOwnership OC, a nonprofit HUD agency, and our partner VNARP So Cal for our Free Home Buyer Certification Workshop and learn everything you need to know to buy a home, from credit to closing documents. Learn about Down Payment Assistance programs including the CalHFA, City of Garden Grove, and city of Santa Ana down payment programs offering up to $120K in down payment help. We'll also cover various first time buyer loans offering low or no down payment, credit improvement tips, the real estate process, escrow and fair housing.
