The certificate received at the end of the workshop is NOT AN APPROVAL for down payment or closing cost assistance programs. It is a REQUIREMENT for down payment assistance programs. Please consult your lender for more information regarding your local programs. The course certificate is valid for one year.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. DOORS OPEN AT 8:30 A.M. to allow time for SIGN-IN & morning refreshments. DOORS CLOSE AT 9:00 SHARP and late arrivals will not be allowed in.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, please bring your identification.

If more than one person will attend the workshop, each individual must register separately, complete the HELP CDC INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP REGISTRATION APPLICATION and the Workshop Survey to receive a Workshop Course Completion Certificate.

Childcare is not available. Due to the length of the workshop, we advise against bringing children.

What can I bring into the event?

If you have a tendency to be cold, we encourage you to bring a sweater or light jacket.

Will there be food?

We will have morning refreshments. Pizza for lunch! Beverages are available all day, too!
