During Endometriosis Awareness Month, we are offering a limited number of free, in‑person appointments with a specialist Menstrual Health Nurse at selected Holland & Barrett stores. These confidential appointments will take place in private consultation rooms, and are designed to help you feel listened to and supported. You can discuss menstrual health concerns such as painful periods, heavy bleeding, suspected endometriosis symptoms, PCOS, and fibroids, and leave with clear next steps and guidance.

All attendees will receive a goody bag worth over £100 filled with products to support you during menstruation, including self-warming menstrual pads, period knickers designed for heavier periods with anti-leak technology, and organic bamboo pads.

What to expect:

• A private, one-to-one appointment with a specialist Menstrual Health Nurse
• A supportive conversation about your symptoms and how to advocate for yourself
• Time for any questions and practical advice

Goody bags are limited to one per person and are available to attendees with a confirmed in-person appointment at the participating Holland & Barrett store locations. Goody bags will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and while stocks last. You must be over the age of 18 to receive a goody bag. To qualify, you must attend your booked in-person appointment during the relevant event date(s) at the respective location. Goody bags have a value of over £100 and are carefully and intentionally curated, containing period-relevant products such as heavy-flow pads, period pants, and heating pads.
