Free Her is an experiential afternoon & soul retreat experience for women that will call you back to your inner feminine self, your authentic longing, and the self love spirit that has been quietly waiting beneath it all.

As the last heat of summer lingers — thick, golden, unhurried — we invite you to let it do what it does best: melt away everything that isn’t truly you. The roles you carry. The armor you didn’t know you put on. The version of yourself performing for everyone but her. This even falls on harvest moon.

The hands on paint from your soul will guide you to clarity of life transitions / letting go of what's no longer helping you but maybe hurting you - so you can answer the question and rediscover WHO AM I

This retreat for women isn’t just any retreat or art class. It’s a letting go of the invisible walls to your authentic self. Avoid generic art therapy, this is a goosebump soul art experience.

Let’s gather together and immerse ourselves in a experiential, afternoon women retreat quiet setting with authentic mentors / coaches who care about other women in our community.

It’s not about making something pretty, it’s about connecting to your SELF. .This is not about knowing how to paint. We will take you on a guided artistic journey and explore your inner self.
• You will create a magical painting representing your archetypical expression of your feminine spirit and woman becoming her most magical self. You will create multi pieces of art leading you to a new found vision of yourself that you take home for your memorial and ongoing inspiration. All art supplies are included, canvases, 8 paints, brushes. Teresa is a certified law of attraction trainer and was in the Award Winning documentary, Kumare’ The False Prophet. She is Thrive Global contributor and a published author in 365 Moments of Grace anthology book.
