Join us for Heartful Sundays ! Take a break from your busy week and unwind with our free meditation sessions. Release stress, find inner peace, and connect with your heart. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a readiness to relax. Chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring a mat or cushion if you prefer.

Please arrive by 7:50 a.m. so the trainer can guide you through the process before meditation starts at 8:00 a.m.
