Registered nurses will provide flu vaccinations and blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, glucose & cardiac screenings, along with patient education and referrals as needed.
The Catholic Health Mobile Outreach Bus will be in our parking lot on Thursday, October 9. Stop by between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Last screening begins at 1:45 p.m.
No appointments are necessary, there are no fees, and insurance is not required.
