About this Event
Led by DFWYAS Member Brandon B., this weekly Hatha yoga class focuses on building real strength and mobility through a rotating four-week cycle of targeted sessions. Each week has its own focus so you can drop in any time and still get a complete, intentional practice.

- Week 1: Balance
- Week 2: Hips
- Week 3: Upper Body
- Week 4: Core and Back
- Week 5 (when applicable): Request Week
