FREE Hatha Flow Yoga Session - At Torrance Sports Center

This FREE session combines the restorative and meditative aspects of hot yoga (without the heat) with the intensity of power yoga. These classes are set to motivating music + often include poses that open the shoulders, hips, and spine, while strengthening the core and upper body. Students also focus on connecting their breath to their movements They are wrist and shoulder friendly!

The session meets in Multi-Purpose Room at Wilson Park: Dee Hardison Sports Center

Sabrina Mance-Weinstein is an Emmy Award winning Producer who began practicing yoga in 2008 to balance her hectic life, and to find a holistic approach to heal chronic back pain from a surf injury. Yoga not only helped her regain her range of motion & mobility after an invasive spinal fusion, it also sparked a desire to deepen her practice & share yoga with others. She now teaches regularly at Hot 8 and the USAFB in El Segundo.

Certifications: 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification, 30-hour Yoga Nidra Yoga Alliance Certification, 60-hour Yin Certification.
