Want to learn a fun martial art and feel fantastic in the process? Chang's Hapkido Academy Harrow can help your smash your fitness and mindfulness goals!

Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial art of self defence. Our free taster sessions will allow you to try it out and boost your confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.

Hapkido teaches you:

* joint locks
* punches and hand strikes
* kicks
* forms
* ki meditation

You'll be taught by an experienced 2nd-degree black belt instructor. No previous experience is necessary... just bring yourself and a positive attitude.
