Healthcare Workers!!! We are offering a free event to provide you with self-care and peace as gratitude for the ways that you show up for our community each day. We know that what you do for others daily makes a difference and we want to celebrate you!Cristin will be guiding the group through a short meditation focused around body awareness and relaxation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath. Throughout the event, you will receive Reiki from Colleen to assist the rebalance of your body & mind to peace and center.
