- Best classes for self-defense
- Current safety news and updates
- Upcoming personal-defense training schedule
- Safety tips for the entire family
- How to improve your "Guardian" mentality
This meeting is especially geared toward, moms, dads, seniors, and anyone looking to be a "Guardian" in their community.
