This seminar is designed for true beginners and no prior experience is necessary to participate! All martial arts hold their own power and value, but jiu jitsu is the martial art that truly delivers what it promises. You don't need to be bigger, heavier or stronger to overcome an opponent when you know how to stay calm and use timing and leverage to your advantage. Seminar instruction and training will be provided by highly skilled, certified Gracie Black Belt jiu jitsu instructors from Gracie Jiu Jitsu Lakeville.
