Join us for a beautiful and relaxing evening bathed in the powerful waves of the ancient and mystical symphonic gong.Nothing to do but turn up, cosy up and drift away into bliss!
Ending the evening with delicious homemade vegan cakes to ground you for your onward journey.
Remember comfort is queen!
Make sure you bring lots of cosy bedding and mats so you are as relaxed and warm as possible on the floor (just like a grown ups sleepover!)
Doors open at 19:00 ready for meditation and gong at 19:30
