USA Wrestling New Jersey Is pleased to be bringing back the girls’ FREESTYLE DEVELOPMENTAL PRACTICE SERIES
All practices will be:
- Open to girls with a valid USA Wrestling Card
- FREE
- Beneficial to both new and experienced wrestlers
Practices will be led by Team New Jersey’s own Ernie Monaco, and will have other Team NJ and area coaches; and will include instruction, drilling, live situations, and live wrestling.
This is an AWESOME OPPORTUNITY for all female wrestlers looking to compete in GIRLS FREESTYLE, or to learn, grow, develop, enhance, and improve in Olympic Style Wrestling.
