🍂 Celebrate the Season with Free Community Yoga in the Park 🍂
Where: Spearfish City Park
Meet at the Hatchery's entrance gazebo a few minutes early
When: Sept. 6, Sunday, 3-4 pm

Join me for our one and only free community yoga class of 2026 as we gather to welcome the changing season, reflect with gratitude, and prepare our hearts for a cozy autumn and the holidays ahead.
This gentle, all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the beauty of practicing together outdoors.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are warmly welcome.
If you're pregnant or in your postpartum journey, you're warmly welcome too. I'll offer gentle modifications so you can practice in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for your body.
This is a family-friendly gathering, and everyone is invited! Bring the kids!
