Let's have a cozy, warm, close out celebration for this year's classes nestled in nature- the best way to do yoga with fresh air, river and bird sounds, and soaking up Mother Earth's healing frequencies.
This may be our last class of the year. Can you believe how fast it has gone? It is possible to still have 1 last class in September, but the weather will tell and if anybody is up for it.
Come as you are! My classes are gentle and loving towards our bodies, meeting us exactly where we are. This is Yoga & Meditation for all bodies, all levels, and a fun, easy space for mamas/families to practice with their kiddos. Pregnant and postpartum mamas with newborns coming along, welcome!
Meet at the Entrance Gazebo of the Hatchery at The Spearfish City Park, and we can pick a comfy spot to stretch by the river and under the trees. Bring a mat or blanket to stretch on. I bring extra cushions and blocks.
