Join us this fall for the FREE EVENT at the WG Jones State Forest!
ALL LEVELS & AGES WELCOME!
We welcome you to dive deep within the forest with this one of a kind relaxing experience.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can DRIVE BACK INTO THE FOREST for our yoga class. Please give yourself enough time so you can enjoy the beautiful morning in the forest.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! 10 - 15 minutes is suggested.
The entrance we will use is the one headed East on 1488, across the street from Woodson's and Coop's Hot Chicken. This is the SOUTH ENTRANCE to the forest.
When you turn into the parking area, you will be guided to drive down a dirt road to the right of the parking lot and to park at Middle Lake INSIDE of the forest. There will be signs and possibly forest staff to help guide, although, please arrive early and plan accordingly.
WHAT TO BRING?
-Yoga Mat
-Water
-Props (if you enjoy using them)
-Anything else that you enjoy utilizing in your practice
Whatever you pack in, you MUST pack out. Leave no trace!!
EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM WITH LIABILITY WAIVER
